During warmer months or when shipping to hot climates, we utilize insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We also recommend selecting expedited shipping to minimize time in transit.
Are Goo Goo Clusters gluten-free?
While our Original and Pecan Goo Goo Clusters do not contain gluten-based ingredients, they are produced in a facility that processes wheat. Our Peanut Butter Goo Goo Cluster contains malt, which is derived from barley and is not gluten-free.
Can I build my own custom Goo Goo Cluster?
Yes! You can design your own 'Premium Goo Goo' through our website's customizer or in person at our Nashville Shop. You choose the chocolate type and premium mix-ins to create your perfect flavor profile.
What is the shelf life of your candy?
Our Original, Pecan, and Peanut Butter clusters have a shelf life of approximately 9 months. Our handcrafted Premium Goo Goos are best enjoyed within 8 weeks of production for maximum freshness.

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
